How it started

Built from a gap in what was available

Pekulav began in 2021 after a straightforward observation: most leadership education either stayed too theoretical or moved too fast through the parts that actually matter. The founders wanted something different - instruction grounded in how organisations behave under pressure, not how they behave in textbooks.

The platform took shape around one principle: the person teaching should have done the thing being taught. Every programme at Pekulav is built with practitioners who have held real responsibility - in teams, in boardrooms, in situations where the outcome was uncertain.

Participants work through structured modules at their own pace, with access to detailed demonstrations, scenario walkthroughs, and direct guidance from instructors who remain accessible throughout. The format is deliberate - depth over speed, clarity over volume.
