Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions made through the Pekulav platform at mekarou.com. By purchasing any masterclass, subscription, or other paid service offered by Pekulav, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Acceptance of Payment Terms

By initiating a payment on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into binding financial agreements. You also confirm that the payment method you provide belongs to you or that you have explicit authorisation to use it. These Payment Terms form part of the broader agreement between you and Pekulav and should be read alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Pekulav platform are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at the point of purchase. Pekulav reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed and confirmed.

Promotional prices, discount codes, or limited-time offers are valid only for the period and conditions specified at the time of the promotion. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Pekulav accepts the following forms of payment:

Major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
Digital wallets and payment services as made available at checkout
Bank transfers where explicitly offered as an option

All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Pekulav does not store your full card details on its servers. By submitting your payment information, you authorise Pekulav and its designated payment processors to charge the total amount due.

4. Billing and Charges

4.1 One-Time Purchases

For individual masterclass purchases or one-time product offerings, your selected payment method will be charged in full at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation of your order and a receipt to the email address associated with your account.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Where Pekulav offers subscription-based access, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. The billing cycle length and amount will be clearly stated before you complete your subscription signup. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged for the upcoming period.

4.3 Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, Pekulav may retry the charge one or more times. If the payment cannot be collected, access to the relevant service or content may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. You will be notified of any failed payment and given an opportunity to update your payment information.

5. Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your purchase. Where Pekulav is required by law to collect taxes, these will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business and are eligible for tax exemption, it is your responsibility to provide valid documentation before completing the purchase. Taxes cannot be refunded after a transaction is processed.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 General Refund Policy

Pekulav offers refunds in accordance with the conditions set out below. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team at support@mekarou.com within the eligible timeframe. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You submit a refund request within 14 days of your original purchase date
You have not accessed more than a limited portion of the purchased content, as determined by our platform records
The content or service was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
A technical issue caused by Pekulav prevented you from accessing the content and could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

6.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Purchases where the majority of the content has been accessed or downloaded
Subscription fees for billing periods that have already commenced, unless otherwise required by applicable law
Purchases made using promotional credits or gift vouchers
Any fees related to payment processing or administrative charges

6.4 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription content until the period expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period unless otherwise required by law.

6.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider but typically take between 5 and 14 business days. Pekulav is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us at support@mekarou.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without prior contact with Pekulav, your account may be suspended pending resolution. Pekulav reserves the right to contest chargebacks where evidence supports the validity of the original transaction. Accounts found to have abused the chargeback process may be permanently suspended.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all purchases made through your Pekulav account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@mekarou.com. Pekulav will not be liable for charges resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

9. Changes to Payment Terms

Pekulav reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform or completion of purchases after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
